  • 1Book Your Health Coach Appointment

Now that you’ve completed your health questionnaire and reviewed your initial results, it’s time to schedule a one-on-one session with a qualified Health Coach. In this confidential conversation, your coach will explore your health status in more detail and discuss the risk areas and what you can do.

  • 2Get Your Personalised Health Plan

Based on your discussion, your Health Coach will provide tailored recommendations to help you improve your wellbeing and keep you at your best. Whether you want to enhance your nutrition, boost physical activity, manage stress, or address specific concerns, your plan will be practical, personalised, and achievable.

  • 3Plan for Follow-Up

If everything looks good, you’ll be encouraged to check in again in a year for another preventive assessment. If any concerns arise, or if further testing or care is needed, your Health Coach will recommend a follow-up with your GP or a relevant specialist.

You can ask our health care professionals any questions about your health from the comfort of your own home.
